CVOI shareholders are needed to vote on changes to the Bylaws and Proprietary Lease.

There are four changes proposed for the Bylaws:

1. Date of Annual Meeting
2. Voting of Shares in the Name of Two or More Persons
3. Staggered Board Terms
4. Conflicts of Interest

There are two changes proposed for the Proprietary Lease:

1. Term of Proprietary Leases
2. 2/3 Vote to Amend Proprietary Lease

A supermajority vote of shares is required to pass these changes. A 2/3 (66.66%) vote is required to modify the Bylaws and a 3/4 (75%) vote is required to modify the Proprietary Lease. Shareholders are asked to review the changes and VOTE.
